Start with the market and vehicle requirements
Start your supplier search by defining how the vehicle will be used: city commuting, delivery, passenger transport or cargo. Confirm the battery type, motor power, range, speed, dimensions and local compliance requirements before comparing quotations.
Ask suppliers to quote the same configuration. This makes FOB price, lead time and container loading comparisons meaningful.
Verify factory and export capability
A manufacturer should be able to explain its production process, quality controls and export documentation. Benbao has manufactured electric vehicles since 1997 and supports overseas partners with OEM/ODM configuration, CKD/SKD packing and export coordination.

Compare the commercial terms, not only the unit price
The lowest unit price can create higher costs later. Compare MOQ, permitted model mix, FOB port, production lead time, spare-parts support, warranty policy and the exact configuration included in each quote.
The normal production MOQ is 30 units per model. Mixed models can be discussed, subject to production and packing review. Confirmed stock may be available below the production MOQ; samples are normally selected from stock. Standard configurations are normally completed and ready for shipment within 20 days after receipt of the deposit, subject to the confirmed order. Light customization normally takes about 30 days; deeper technical customization normally takes 30–45 days, depending on engineering, materials and approvals. These are production times, not arrival dates.
