Prepare a complete RFQ before comparing quotes
An accurate quotation begins with an accurate request. Share your target country, intended use, preferred models, quantity, price range and any requirements for battery, motor, colour, branding or packing.
Confirm the destination-market requirements independently before you select a model. A vehicle suitable for one market may need a different configuration or documentation for another.
Compare the commercial terms, not only unit price
Ask each supplier to quote the same configuration. Compare the model version, battery, motor, colour, packing, order quantity, MOQ, FOB port, production timing and what is included in the quoted price.
For a factory-direct order, an FOB quote helps separate factory-side costs from international freight, destination clearance and local delivery costs.
Confirm the order before production begins
A proforma invoice should clearly identify the buyer, seller, selected models, configuration, quantity, commercial terms, payment terms and expected production timing. Check the details before arranging payment.
For private-label or customised orders, confirm artwork, colours, component choices and packing requirements in writing before production scheduling.
Coordinate inspection, shipment and delivery
Agree how the order will be checked before shipment. Buyers may arrange their own inspection or work with the supplier on the agreed quality and packing checks.
Before booking, align the commercial invoice, packing list, transport documents and any battery or destination-market documents. Your importer and freight forwarder should confirm the shipment requirements for the actual route and goods.
